Terms of Service

I. General Terms

• You MUST be at least 18 years and of legal age in your country to order.

• I have the right to refuse any commission for personal reasons.

•  Heavily armored, detail or complex characters will have an additional charge due to the extra works involved.

•  Artworks commissioned for commercial purposes will be priced differently.

•  If there’s a deadline for the artwork for a special occasion, please notify me beforehand.

II. Payment

• Payment can be done through Paypal or Stripe.

•  Your full payment can be sent upfront or after the sketch provided is confirmed.

• Please be discreet and leave out any NSFW detail in the note of your Paypal invoice. 

III. Process

•  I will periodically update you through your preferred contact media(Email, Telegram, Discord, and so on…).

•  You can ask for updates, but please do not ask many times and or try to pressure me to work faster.

•  Full refund is possible during pre-sketch phase, after sketch phase, I will be keeping a percentage of the cost depending on the amount of work that has already been completed.

•  I will not refund a completed image under any circumstances.

IV. Copyright/Usage

• Once the picture is completed, you're fully allowed to use it for any non-commercial purpose. 

• If you wish to use your commission for commercial purposes (merchandise, prints, book illustrations, and so on), then you must tell me at the time you order that the art is for commercial purposes. 

• Artworks ordered as a commercial piece will have full rights for any commercial purposes. 

•  Please credit the artist for the creation of the art piece.

• You can change, re-ink, or re-color the art yourself, but you must ask permission to modify the anatomy of a character or to send it to another artist to modify in any way. I have the right to refuse any modification that conflicts with my moral values or for any other reason.

• You will be provided with the original *.clip & PNG file along with any potential alts.

•  I can refuse to export excessive amounts of alt versions of the artworks.

•  I may to use the finished piece for self-promotion, display and sharing on social media,… If it is not agreed to publicly publish the artwork, please let me know.
